Art Bates, Technical Service Manager at Mercury, visited the Service Team at Ed Huck Marine on March 7th to present the Mercury Service Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.  Pictured with Art who congratulated Peter Johnston, Manager of Customer Service, are Josh Charboneau, Marine Technician, Chris Schapelhouman, Service Advisor, and Jason Whitehead, Marine Technician.

The Service Team is especially pleased to receive this Award as it recognizes their ongoing commitment to provide exemplary customer service.  In addition, the Award is based on responses from customers.

Ed Huck Marine is one of four Mercury dealerships in all of Ontario to win this prestigious Service Award and, amongst the top 10 dealerships in Canada.
