At Hucks, providing you with a full-service experience in a manner that continues to keep our customers, Crew and community safe is our top priority. When you visit us, please remember that we’re following the mandate of our local health unit to wear facial coverings/masks inside the Johnston Building and practicing social distancing. Boat Sales (New & Used)
Visit us through the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days per week. We’ll keep it safe for you through our new policies and procedures. If you prefer, you can always book private showings or virtual appointments for any of our vessels through our Sales Team at 613-659-3408.
You can easily access all your boating, water sports, dock maintenance parts, accessories and equipment as well as boating apparel through the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days per week. This new area in Waypoints is designed specifically to offer you a safe and healthy environment. If you want to call ahead to check availability or pricing, we’re here to help at 613-659-3408.
Boat & Sea-Doo Service
Our Service Team is available by phone (613-659-3408), email (Boat Service email@example.com, Sea-Doo Service firstname.lastname@example.org) and in person at the Johnston Building. If you use the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building, a Crew member will greet you, make sure everyone is healthy and direct you to our Service Team between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday until Monday, September 7th.
You can connect with our Parts Department by phone (613-659-3408) or email (email@example.com) to submit your orders for parts or boating accessories and equipment. If you would like to order by phone and pay with a credit card or charge to an account, we’re pleased to help. Phone or email orders will be placed at the reception table at the east entrance of the Johnston Building for your convenience. If you want to visit in person, you can use the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. from Monday through Saturday until September 7th.
With new safe policies in place, the laundry center at The Bow is open by key fob between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days per week during July, August and until September 7th. Use is limited to one person within the space at any time and our Crew will clean and disinfect the machines and common touch points in the facility every hour and between use. When using the washing and drying machines, we require everyone to follow the guidelines and be respectful of others.
Fuel Dock & Pump-out Service
Our fuel dock is open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days per week until September 7th. If possible, call ahead and we’ll be ready to serve you. We ask that you follow our Crew’s new safety procedures and use contactless payment options such as tap, credit or charge to your account. Connect with our Summer Crew on VHF Channel 68 and watch for more about our new procedures on signs on the fuel docks.
The fitness facility at Lifelines is open! To use the facility, send a reservation request to firstname.lastname@example.org for use between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days a week until September 7th Use is limited to two people at one time, reservations will be for 45-minute periods and commence at the top of every hour.
Boaters’ Heads & Showers
Our private boaters’ heads and deluxe showers are available to Marina customers by key fob entry 24 hours a day, seven days per week during July, August and until September 7th. New safe practices are in place and a Crew member will be available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. to greet visitors and advise as to which washrooms are clean and ready for use.
Open Daily 8 am – 6 pm in July and August through September 7th! We’ve got safe procedures in place for you to enjoy the pool on those hot and sunny days. A member of our Summer Crew will greet you at the Pool to limit the number of users, remind all to maintain a physical distance and make sure everyone has some time to enjoy the pool!
Gazebos, BBQ Areas & Dock Carts
To protect everyone, please practice social distancing and maintain a 6ft/2m distance from others at the gazebos. Thank you for your support as we all work together to stay safe.
Summer and BBQs go together and we’ll do our part to provide barbeques at safe distances around the marina. Users are asked to use their own utensils to prepare food. Our Summer Crew will clean the common touch areas on the BBQ and we ask that you help us and do the same.
You’ll find dock carts available for use near the fuel dock. You can count on our Summer Crew to have a clean and disinfected cart ready for you.
Let’s work together to keep all garbage out of our beautiful waters and off our docks. During July, August and until September 7th, count on our Summer Crew to pick up one bag of garbage from your boat at 9 a.m. and again at 6 p.m., seven days per week. We ask that you not leave garbage out overnight or throughout the day; just a few minutes before pick-up times please.
