At Hucks, providing you with a full-service experience in a manner that keeps our customers, Crew and community safe is our top priority. Starting on Saturday, May 16th, our fuel dock and washrooms in the Johnston Building will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days a week with new procedures in place. In time, other services and amenities will be opened and available to our customers and visitors in ways that ensure safety and protection for all.

Boat Sales (New & Used)
Visit us through the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days per week starting Saturday, May 16th. We’ll keep it safe for you through our new policies and procedures. If you prefer, you can always book private showings or virtual appointments for any of our vessels through our Sales Team at 613-659-3408.
You can easily access all your boating, water sports, dock maintenance parts, accessories and equipment as well as boating apparel through the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days per week starting May 16th through Monday, September 7th. This new area in Waypoints is designed specifically to offer you a safe and healthy environment. If you want to call ahead to check availability or pricing, we’re here to help at 613-659-3408.
Boat & Sea-Doo Service
Our Service Team is available by phone (613-659-3408), email (Boat Service email@example.com, Sea-Doo Service firstname.lastname@example.org) and in person in The Engine Room at the Johnston Building. If you use the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building, a Crew member will greet you, make sure everyone is healthy and direct you to our Service Team between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday starting May 16th through Monday, September 7th.
You can connect with our Parts Department by phone (613-659-3408) or email (email@example.com) to submit your orders for parts or boating accessories and equipment. If you would like to order by phone and pay with a credit card or charge to an account, we’re pleased to help. Phone or email orders will be placed at the reception table at the east entrance of the Johnston Building for your convenience. If you want to visit in person, you can use the east entrance doors of the Johnston Building between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. from Monday through Saturday beginning May 16th through September 7th.
We’re committed to providing our dockage customers with all of our upgraded marina services even during these challenging times. With new policies in place to protect everyone, the laundry center at The Bow will open Friday, May 29th and be available 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days per week through Monday, September 7th. When using the washing and drying machines, we require everyone to follow the guidelines and be respectful of others.
Fuel Dock & Pump-out Service
Starting Saturday, May 16th our temporary fuel dock is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. seven days per week. If possible, call ahead and we’ll be ready to serve you. We ask that you follow our Crew’s new safety procedures and use contactless payment options such as tap, credit or charge to your account. Beginning May 29th, our fuel dock will be open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days per week until September 7th and you’ll be able to connect with our Summer Crew on VHF Channel 68 and learn more about our new procedures on signs on the fuel docks.
To ensure that you can still use our exclusive fitness facility, a new safety procedure will be in place starting May 29th for use between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. until September 7th. Boaters’ Heads & Showers
Starting Saturday, May 16th, our private boaters’ heads and deluxe showers will be open between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days per week from the east entrance doors at Lifelines. New safe practices will be in place and one of our Summer Crew will be available to provide additional sanitation and monitor use from 8 a.m – 5 p.m. Dockage customers may use their fobs to access the boaters’ heads and showers after regular hours.

Gazebos, BBQ Areas & Dock Carts
To protect everyone and follow safety guidelines, the gazebos will not be open or available for use. Thank you for your understanding as we all work together to stay safe.
Summer and BBQs go together and we’ll do our part to provide barbeques at safe distances around the marina. Users are asked to avoid gathering around the BBQ and to use their own utensils to prepare food. Our cleaning Crew will take extra precautions by cleaning the common touch areas on the BBQ and we ask that you help us and do the same.
You’ll find dock carts available for use from our Summer Crew near the parking area by the Basin and Invictus Dock. You can count on our Summer Crew to have a clean and disinfected cart ready for you.
Let’s work together to keep all garbage out of our beautiful waters and off our docks. From May 29th through September 7th, count on our Summer Crew to pick up one bag of garbage from your boat at 9 a.m. and again at 6 p.m., seven days per week. We ask that you not leave garbage out overnight or throughout the day; just a few minutes before pick-up times please.
