The 24 Limestone has few competitors in her class. The ride, handling, design, and quality of finish are second to none. It is rugged, fast, very seaworthy, and was designed and built to commercial standards. The current owner has owned the boat since 2000 and has spared no expense to keep the boat in top condition. The Limestone is powered by a 502 cc big block with a thru-hull exhaust system. In 2020 Hucks service department installed a completely new Holley “Sniper” EFI system including a new manifold at a cost of $10K – bringing the engine into the modern era. In 2017 the original electrical panel was replaced with a new circuit breaker panel and wiring was brought up to current standards. The engine was compression tested in March 2020. All cylinders were between 155 – 160 psi. Engine and Outdrive serviced 2020 to include new bellows, gimbal bearing, new u-joints, new throttle & shift cables, new impeller, new trim gauge, and all fluids are new. A new toilet was installed in November 2020. There is a newer Raymarine 7″ Dragonfly GPS/plotter. The hull has just been buffed & waxed and the interior detailed.
